Resource3 stores natural resource history: land, water, air, soil, ecosystem, and minerals records with signed work events and QR-backed public resolver pages.

The QR is durable. Post it at the site — on a fence post, a water trough, a tree. Community members scan it and add signed observations. Water levels, quality readings, livestock counts, seasonal notes. Each observation is signed by the person who made it and added to the shared record. No one can change what someone else signed.

Advanced Services read those histories, pin the source snapshot, and turn the evidence into claims, compliance records, market access packages, and circularity records.
